Before 10 years the highways in India was not that great.There were a lot of automobile companies that were setting up shop in India.And the production of automobiles are huge.
There are lot of automobiles and no roads.
So the automobile mafia ... sorry the automobile companies started putting a lot of pressure on the local mafia ... sorry the government to lay proper roads so that the idiots read people who elect them every 5 years could enjoy at least this pleasure.
The government gave it a lot of thought and analyzed the plan(analyzed and researched how much they would be earning) and came up with the Golden Quadrilateral connecting the metros and after that expanding the plan through out India.
The roads were laid.They are quality roads.Smooth not like the old ones.Then there were tolls every few kilometers a new concept in India.
Now the cars started flying in the roads easily doing 125 kmph and above.
On seeing this the bus owners started importing buses and the buses started flying as well.
One important thing everyone forgot is about the safety.I will explain how the government did nothing to the safety and how the normal indian's life is changed everyday because of these roads.
